By accessing or using English Corrector, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Service Description

English Corrector helps users improve English text, generate writing suggestions, and transcribe supported audio when available. The app may use automated systems and third-party AI providers to process requests and produce results.

3. AI Output

AI-generated corrections, suggestions, and transcriptions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, publishing it, submitting it, or using it in important contexts.

4. Accounts and Access

The app may create an anonymous session or device-based identifier to provide quotas, subscriptions, and abuse protection. You are responsible for keeping your device and app access secure.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

English Corrector may offer paid subscription plans such as weekly, monthly, or yearly Pro access. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are subject to Apple App Store terms and policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas or security controls, overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.

7. User Content

You are responsible for the text, audio, feedback, and other content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process or content that contains sensitive information unless you understand the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable without notice. We may apply rate limits, quotas, and abuse-prevention controls.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the app or service is being misused, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.
